Hello – Thank-you to everyone who has participated in the creation of draft Form and Character Design Guidelines for Development Permit Area 8 (DPA8)! An objective of the project was to simplify the process for development permit reviews by consolidating multiple existing DPA8 form and character design guidelines into one primary document. Consolidation also helps to clarify and eliminate inconsistencies between guidelines.

We are pleased to advise that the May 2025 draft of the Form and Character Design Guidelines is being presented at the 2025-MAY-26 Council meeting, and the Council agenda is available at this link.
